No wonder Wild Flor is Brighton’s Best Restaurant for 2024. Exceptional service (they also clinched year’s Best Front of House), an outstanding wine list with interesting bottles - both classic and modern from all over the world - and chef George Upshall’s weekly changing menu of delicious seasonal dishes make for a winning formula.

Friendly yet sophisticated, Wild Flor is both a neighbourhood restaurant perfect for a relaxed lunch of rabbit, red lentil and sobrasada pie, and a smart destination for a celebration meal that might include veal sweetbread with asparagus, pecorino and chicken jus.

The set menu, available at both lunch and dinner (£24 for two courses, £28 for three) is one of the city’s great dining bargains and the monthly ‘Sunday Lunch Club’ is a treat not to be missed.
