Working from an open kitchen, chef Dave Mothersill (who wins this year’s Best Chef award for the second consecutive year) and his team deliver bold, ambitious cooking with an emphasis on seasonality and simplicity. Renowned for its single tasting menu and brilliant accompanying wine flight, Furna now also offers a la carte and set lunch menus, making this very special dining experience more accessible to all.
Dave built up the Furna team from scratch, choosing a brigade of dedicated chefs who work together beautifully to provide guests with a truly memorable dining experience.
